This preparation area has been designed for the purposes of safely performing all preparation operations, including putty application, sanding, drying and masking.
These operations take up more than 65% of the time allocated for painting work.
Thanks to the compensation system
Applying suction to the preparation area results in low-pressure and a loss of heat in the workshop. The compensation system works to rebalance the air pressure in the workshop, reinjecting hot air into the preparation area.
Mist option: this system can be used to apply paint products to preparation areas while ensuring all applicable standards are respected.
Direct contact reaction turbines equipped with large blades for enhanced performance mean fewer maintenance operations are required.
