ABOUT OUR EQUIPMENT
INFRARED DRYERS SHORTWAVE
INFRARR dryers will meet all of your needs in terms of quality, size, price, productivity and energy conservation. Our range of mobile and suspended dryers is designed for use in preparation areas, in addition to the One Day Repair and Pain’Touch systems. These products have been designed for all types of auto body shops and industries, ranging from the smallest facilities to major repair workshops.
INFRARED suspended infrared electric dryers have been designed in accordance with the highest standards with regards to quality and technology for use in bodywork. They are guaranteed to cut the time taken for paint to dry and the amount of energy consumed, all the while boosting productivity, resulting in shortened stoppage times. Furthermore, all of our dryers are equipped with temperature control pyrometers, distance sensors and laser pointers.
Operators will select the infrared cassettes required for the drying cycle using the pyrometer-equipped computerised control unit, before selecting the maximum temperature they wish to use for the assembly being dried. The IR cassettes selected operate independently in order to ensure consistent drying. The use of IR lamps is optimised in such a way as to minimise the consumption of energy and to prevent any waste.
MOBILE DRYERS
MOBILE DRYERS
INFRARR mobile dryers are perfect for use in auto body shops. With a wide range of products and unit combinations available, you can select the right dryer for your needs.
The IR mobile dryer on wheels is essential for all modern auto body shops, improving the drying process by cutting drying times and boosting levels of quality. Its specially-designed wheels means the dryer is easy to move, even on gridded floors. The way in which the aluminium structure is coupled to the rolling aluminium chassis plus the rotating cassettes means the dryer is capable of reaching and operating on all car surfaces. Because of the way in which it is designed, the trolley can be slid under even the lowest cars.
At the end of the cycle, the vehicle and the parts that have been dried can be moved immediately, allowing you to continue with buffing or other types of treatment after cooling.
